Classes at MYGYM Fitness and The National Museum of Dance have been canceled until further notice. Classes at HVCC are cancelled through May. We are posting daily workouts on our Facebook page and emailing a weekly newsletter.

Total Body Trifecta Fitness Studio, Mary Anne Fantauzzi, Owner. We are dedicated to developing the total individual through programs that foster an equal balance of the three components of fitness:

We recognize that fitness is an ongoing commitment. Our knowledgeable staff, with its friendly and supportive attitude, is dedicated to fostering the desire within all our clients to begin this lifetime process and to aid them as they continue in this endeavor.

November 9, 2019 marked our 22nd anniversary. We've remained committed to keeping you fit since 1997. It's been great sharing fitness, fun and friendship with you over the past twenty years. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped make us a success!

    I’ve been participating in classes at Total Body Trifecta for nearly 20 years now and know that regular EXERCISE has had a positive influence on my LIFE. Every class at TBT is taught by a skilled instructor who makes it fun and a great workout. I started by just taking Pilates classes and thinking that I wasn’t coordinated enough to try the more aerobic classes, but now I take any class that is on the schedule! There are many “regulars” to welcome newcomers and make everyone feel comfortable when they start exercising at Total Body Trifecta!

    Mary Anne and her staff are amazing.  I’m in my mid-70’s and have had several physical issues recently, but they have always accommodated me and kept my body moving.  I love the variety of classes they offer: dance, core strengthening, step, cardio, and HIIT, among others, and I’ve learned stretches and movements that I can do at home too.  There’s so much to choose from, I’m never bored!

    I have been a loyal member of Total Body Trifecta since the studio opened.  Mary Anne Fantauzzi, owner extraordinaire, has a logo that may sound trite, but it is true: this is “The Fitness Studio Where Everybody Wins.” Winning at TBT is not just about gaining muscle tone, although we certainly do achieve that, it is a special place where we help each other in times of need, where we learn to appreciate fitness and dance, and where we celebrate the milestones of our lives, swapping photographs and more. Over the years, taking Pilates, aerobics and ballet at TBT, I have gained friendship and a fitness family.

    Exercise is a big part of my life. It keeps me sane.  I have formed special friendships over the years during my time at the gym. My friendship with Donna S. inspired me to get my group fitness/personal trainer certification. I enjoy teaching classes and sharing my love of exercise. The addition of Total Body Trifecta is great because it gives members more variety in group fitness.  Step aerobics, weight training and kickboxing are my favorite classes. See you at the gym!

    Mary Anne Fantauzzi, has led or been an organizer of the Barre & Balance and Dancing Through Time programs at the National Museum of Dance. I am continually impressed with her commitment to dance and the mature dancer. She is organized and always comes prepared. I am a 50+ year old woman that came late to dance so I appreciate her knowledge and ability to meet the needs of any and all dancers that come to her classes and it is all done with a smile and good humor.

    I have been taking the "Balance and Barre" classes with Mary Anne for months. As a 65 year old who recovered from a concussion, I was searching for a class suitable for my needs. I found it. This class has not only taught me the fundamentals of ballet but more importantly has taught me ways to gain my balance back and the physiology of the aging body.  Mary Anne's expertise in ballet and knowledge of anatomy and physiology has been an asset to me and classmates. She is adept in designing routines for the older woman. This is very important and needed because there are not many types of these classes available in the local area.
